I have basil, rosemary, thyme and two kinds of parsley....you feel wonderful when you go out and cut for your supper--getting to be growing season in Phoenix soon!
That's exactly what I'm thinking. We use fresh herbs so often when we cook it seems only natural to just be able to pop outside and cut what you need. I need basil, rosemary and parsley for sure...I'm trying to decide what else may work.
Ok I'm with you on the chives...the lime mint hmmm, sounds totally interesting! Honestly I haven't drank a gin & tonic since college. For some reason that was my drink of choice and back then I may have had one too many. Sounds pretty refreshing though I may have to give them a second chance. Thanks Anon. :)

I have basil, rosemary, thyme, chives, parsley, tarragon spearmint & lime mint - great for gin & tonics.

I tried that...and wasn't very good at it. Might have to give it another try!
