ha! I remember when someone told me about that. I felt like a complete idiot and yet not because who would think to look?????
Here's a tin foil tip-tin foil is great for buffing old chrome. I use it on my vintage diner chairs and my old beach cruiser's fenders. It takes the rust spots right off, making it shiny and new. Just ball it up and scuff away!
