I stole this pic of a kitchen from Absolutely Beautiful Things (I love all of her posts). I love white kitchens and I especially love checkerboard floors. My parents have it, my grandparents had it and if we ever move I might have to have it somewhere too.
This is the kitchen of Windsor Smith, it is simply lovely.

love, love. and i like how they used the industrial pendants as lighting over the table. you usually see that over an island.
