Pavlova is my most favorite dessert, I always request it instead of a cake for my birthday. Look what I found, a chocolate one - YUM! I know it won't replace my love for the classic but I need to find a reason to make it pronto.

It is Australia Day on Monday so this is a big holiday weekend here AND Pavlova is our national dessert!!! A very timely post!!! We are having a pavlova competion this weekend at my parents!!!
will think of you while we eat pav, double cream and raspberries!!!
