My cookie problem

So my neighborhood Girl Scout delivered my cookies today, 2 boxes of Thin Mints to be exact. This year I decided to be a bit more frugal with my cookie order because I'm the one that eats them (all). Since I only have 2 measly boxes I was very disappointed when they were all melted and stuck together. Now they're all cooled off and still stuck together. Mighty annoying ladies.

Now onto the uni, did you all wear these? I really wanted to find a picture of the t-shirt that I really wanted when I was a Brownie, you know the one that said, "Here comes a Brownie" on the front and, "There goes a Brownie" on the back. No such luck though which is really sad because it was bitchin.

Kind of funny, I was in girls scouts until 10th grade. I actually just put on my sash and beanie for the hubs this past weekend. Unfortunately, I lost the majority of my girl scout stuff years ago, so the only stuff I have left is from the latter part of my girl scout career. I sure hope if I have a little girl she will enjoy it as much as I did.

You make me laugh. I hated my Brownie outfit. I did get some of the lemon cookies and they are so good.

I wore it and am laughing at your post. You can always put your cookies in the freezer, chop them up and out them over ice cream...

Fortunately I only have 1 girl scout in this class this year so I'm only obligated to buy from her (in years past I've had up to 4) - breaking the meager teacher bank account with cookie purchases!

Too funny. I was a brownie and I hope those photos never surface.

My cookies haven't been delivered yet... I can't wait!

We bought some GS cookies too, and my friends and I were actually discussing whether or not their boxes have gotten smaller (i.e. less cookies!) Most of us definitely thought they looked smaller than when we were younger! What do you think?!

I remember that shirt. We got it from JC PENNIES. I did a little search for you and found the 1980 catalog that it came in

maybe you can get a duplicate made? hummm..

sorry your thin mints were melted... depending on where you live just driving 5 minutes to the booth with those things can cause meltage...

Thanks for supporting scout though! I know that my girls, my niece is a brownie this yr, appreciate it.
