Recipes from the Room :: Strawberry Shortcake

This springy pink room immediately has me thinking Strawberry Shortcake with fresh whipped cream.
The strawberries are so good right now (at least here) how can you resist?

    Those pink flowers (peonies, maybe?) are gorgeous...along with everything else in this post!
